Do you offer delivery services?Yes. We offer delivery services for completed orders. For clients within Metro Manila and nearby areas, we have an in-house logistics team that can coordinate and facilitate deliveries. For provincial shipments, we work with trusted third-party logistics partners.
Do you deliver nationwide?Yes. We serve clients across the Philippines and can arrange deliveries nationwide through accredited courier and freight providers.
How are items packed?Products are packed appropriately based on their type, quantity, and shipping requirements to help ensure they arrive in good condition.
Can you ship directly to multiple branches?Yes. We can arrange deliveries to multiple office branches or locations upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery addresses.
Do you also deliver samples?Yes. Samples may be delivered through our in-house logistics team within Metro Manila and nearby areas, or shipped via courier for provincial locations. Applicable delivery charges may apply.
Can clients arrange their own courier?Yes. Clients may nominate their preferred courier or logistics provider for pickup from our office, subject to scheduling arrangements with our team.
