Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving monthly sales targets. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, monitoring team performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and operations in the garments and corporate merchandising industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Monitor monthly sales performance and ensure targets are met
• Coach and motivate the sales team on proper selling and client-handling techniques
• Assist in closing deals, especially key or high-value accounts
• Review quotations, follow-ups, and sales pipelines
• Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and admin teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Handle client escalations and resolve sales-related concerns
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably with supervisory or team lead exposure
• Background in garments, uniforms, apparel, or corporate merchandising is an advantage
• Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday
• Manila-based, Mandaluyong Area
• Must have a valid passport and willing to travel
