What factors affect pricing?Pricing depends on several factors such as product type, quantity, customization method, materials used, design complexity and urgency. Larger orders usually get better unit pricing, while detailed embroidery or special packaging may also affect the cost.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?Yes. We provide better pricing for bulk orders. The bigger the quantity, the more cost-efficient it becomes per piece. We always review your requirements and offer the best possible rate for large corporate orders.
How long is the quotation valid?Unless otherwise stated, quotations are typically valid for 15 to 30 days.
Are there any hidden charges?No. We are transparent with pricing. All costs are clearly listed in the quotation, including customization, production, and standard handling. If there are any optional add-ons, we always inform you before proceeding.
Is VAT included in the quotation?Yes, VAT inclusion depends on the quotation format and client requirement. We clearly indicate whether prices are VAT-inclusive or exclusive so there are no surprises during billing. Everything is shown upfront before you confirm your order.
