At Fabrica MNL Inc., every product we create is custom-made for your brand—whether it’s corporate uniforms, embroidered polos, jackets, promotional giveaways, or custom corporate merchandise.

Because each item is produced specifically based on approved designs, sizes, colors, and branding, our return policy is structured to protect both our production integrity and your corporate order accuracy.

​1. Core Policy: All Custom Orders Are Final Production

All customized and made-to-order items are considered final production orders once the client has approved the final artwork or sample.

This includes:

• Custom polo shirts, jackets, and uniforms
• Embroidered or printed corporate apparel
• Sublimation shirts and sportswear
• Custom bags, power banks, umbrellas, pens, socks, plush toys, and other promotional merchandise
• Any product with company logo, names, branding, or personalization

Once production begins:
    ❌ Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded due to change of mind, design preference, or incorrect size selection.

This standard follows global industry practice for custom manufacturing due to the non-resalable nature of branded goods.

2. Design Proof Approval = Production Authorization

Before production, Fabrica MNL provides:

• Digital artwork proof (logo placement, colors, layout)
• Size breakdown confirmation (if applicable)
• Material and specification confirmation
• Sample approval (for large corporate orders when required)

By approving the final proof, the client acknowledges:

• All spelling, branding, and design details are correct
• Sizes, quantities, and color selections are final
• Production is authorized to proceed

⚠️ Any error found in approved proofs will not be considered a production fault.

3. Our Quality Guarantee (Production Defect Coverage)

While all items are strictly quality-checked before dispatch, we provide a corporate-grade quality assurance guarantee.

We will review and resolve issues if:

• Incorrect logo placement vs approved design
• Manufacturing or stitching defects
• Incorrect item delivered vs confirmed order sheet
• Damage caused during production or packaging

​For verified production issues, we will provide:

• Replacement of affected items, or
• Repair/reproduction of items, or
• Credit note (for corporate accounts), depending on agreement

4. Reporting Period for Issues

To ensure fast resolution and accountability:

• All issues must be reported within 7 calendar days from delivery
• Reports must include:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of concern
  • Description of issue

After this period, orders are considered accepted and closed.

5. Non-Returnable Situations (Industry Standard Protection Clause)

To maintain fair production pricing for corporate clients, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection provided by client
• Approved design errors (including spelling or layout)
• Color variation due to screen display differences
• Minor tolerances in embroidery, stitching, or print alignment
• Wear-and-tear or improper use after delivery
• Late submission of changes after approval

6. Size, Color, & Production Tolerance Disclaimer

Due to the nature of bulk manufacturing:

• Size variation tolerance: industry standard allowance applies per garment type
• Color variance may occur between digital mockups and actual fabric output
• Embroidery and print placement may have minimal millimeter-level variation

​These are considered normal in mass production and not defects.

7. Non-Custom / Stock Items (If Applicable)

​For select non-custom or blank items (if ordered separately):

• Returns are accepted within 3-7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return shipping cost is borne by the client unless due to Fabrica MNL error

8. Corporate Accounts & Project-Based Orders

​For enterprise clients, schools, and government projects:

We may provide:

• Pre-production sample approval (PP sample)
• Dedicated account manager
• Batch shipment inspection reports
• Milestone-based approvals for large orders

​These processes help ensure zero production risk for high-volume orders.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can only be modified before proof approval
• Once approved and scheduled for production, changes are no longer possible
• Cancellations are not allowed once raw materials or production has started
