Deliveries

• The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Your order/s will be sent to the address given by you and or through meet-ups by you and our employee.
• Delivery fees may apply depending on your order, location and volume of your order. 
• If you are ordering more than 1,500 pieces of Fabrica MNL products, your goods may be sent to you in instalments or in full but is within the time of agreement.
• If your delivery address is outside Metro Manila, you may have to pay all necessary shipping fees via third party couriers.
• Cost and time of delivery depends on where you work and how quickly you want your order.

If you are picking up your items, we strongly advise to call us a day before so we can arrange as we are accepting limited number of clients per day due to on-going COVID-19 situation.

Payments

• Once the design/s has been approved, and are ready for the mass production, client shall pay at least 50% of the total amount of orders they have placed.
• The remaining 50% shall be given Cash-on-Delivery basis  through meet-ups or through deposits or PDCs.
• Fabrica MNL is currently not accepting credit cards (but will soon be available on June 2021. Please contact our sales if you are paying via credit card)
• Fabrica MNL accepts bank checks.
• In case you are outside Metro Manila, the remaining 50% of your payment shall be fully paid on hand before we deliver your orders to your door. We will then send photos of your orders through email as proof that your goods are ready for shipping. You will then receive your tracking number on us once we've already shipped your goods.
• For international payment, we accept wire transfer or via Paypal.

Shipping Fees

Most of our items are charged with separate delivery fees. But in most cases if you are ordering in bulk (1,000pcs above), these fees may be waived (terms and conditions may apply).

Because of the items weigh differently, shipping fee will be reflected on your requested quotation. Normally, this ranges from P300-P1500 (within the Philippines) depending on your location, items and weight of your products.

If you would like to have your items delivered straight via our external partners to your door, shipping fees may be paid via third party couriers upon receiving of the items on your end. Below are our external shipping partners:

• Transportify
• LBC
• AP Cargo
• FedEx
• DHL

Because we know that shipping through commercial carriers may cost you a dime, when you are ordering more that 1,000pcs outside Metro Manila, you have an option to have them picked up at your local Bus Terminals or Airport via Cebu Cargo. Our team will advise and coordinate with you through text/call or email to what time your goods will arrive, nearest bus terminal location and bus plate number so you can track your order. 

*Price range is almost 50-70% cheaper as compared to commercial carriers like LBC, AP Cargo.

Cancellation of an Order/Returns and Exchange Procedure

• The Client has the right to cancel the deal/orders if the product has not been queued for mass production.

• Once the mass production has been queued, the Buyer may have the right to cancel the deal, however, the Buyer is responsible for paying the total items that have been mass produced or 30% of the total PO (whichever is higher). 

Returns Procedure
Fabrica MNL gives you a 7-days grace period to check for any defective or damaged products. This 7-day period begins the day on which the item was delivered.

At Fabrica MNL, we want the return procedure to be easy for you. Lanyard Ink never wants to be a source of stress for anyone!

Before returning your product:
1. Contact our sales support and raise the concern regarding the item you think that is need to be fixed or replaced. You may reach our sales team via email, landline or mobile numbers.

2. Please send a photo of your item that needs to be fixed or replaced so our sales and production can evaluate first before returning the item.

To return your product:

1. Please pack the relevant item securely.
2. Attach a photo copy of your receipt and send it to us (address listed below). You may also contact our team if you want us to personally claim the defective product/s if you are within Metro Manila. Contact numbers are listed below.  

We are afraid that there is one little cost that you will incur on this return to Fabrica MNL journey, and that is that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any Fabrica MNL contract you have with us for services carried out by us.

Exchange Procedure
Fabrica MNL will be happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error within 7 working days from the date after the package is received.

To exchange your Fabrica MNL product:

1. Please pack the relevant item securely
2. Attach a photocopy of your receipt and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7-14 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.
