If you're looking for a reliable lanyard maker in the Philippines, Lanyard Ink has to be it. They have a very decent website that allows you to see their products right away. A lanyard .psd template is readily downloadable if you wish to submit your own design. I think it's a smart move because other lanyard makers just give you the dimensions which could result to copious amount of revisions and we don't want that.

So I have submitted my own lanyard design through their website and all the necessary info and got the quotation at the very same day via email (with a classy Helvetica Neue Ultralight header text!); it was a streamlineprocess. People in Lanyard Ink are very accommodating and they do always update you when something comes up. The materials they used for my 1 inch glossy lanyards are way better if not top notch in comparison to those what I usually see to others.

I would definitely have them for my next product-related projects.
