Do you have minimum order?

Yes. You may find minimum order quantity requirement on each product page. You may also find it here on our get a quote section. But just to give you a glimpse, most of our items have minimum order quantity of 100 pieces and occasionally, 50 pieces.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Aside from the stages you are seeing at the top of this page, here you will find simple steps on how to order at Fabrica MNL.

• STEP 1: RECEIVE A QUOTE FROM US
  
  This is the stage where all product requirement information are gathered and a formal quotation is sent to you. You may request for a quote here on our Get a Quote page or you may also call our hotline listed below on this website for immediate response.

• STEP 2: SAMPLING (OPTIONAL)
  
  Once you have approved the quote we sent, you have the option to request for an actual ample based on the specifics you have provided to us. In order to proceed with sampling, a minimal Sampling Fee will then be collected to your end. If the project pushes through, this fee is fully deductible on your final order.
  
  If you are ordering polo shirts, jackets or any clothing items, you will receive the sizes together with the sample on this stage.
  
  
• STEP 3: PLACEMENT YOUR ORDER 
  
  Once the actual sample is approved, your company will then issue Purchase Order to us. After which, 50% down payment will be collected to your end. You will find our banking details on the second page of the quote we sent to you. Once confirmed, we will proceed with mass production. Remaining balance will be paid upon full delivery or as based on Purchase Order agreement.

Do you really require downpayment?

Yes, a standard 50% down payment shall be collected upon ordering and before mass production. However, special terms can be arranged for returning customers. 

HOW DO I PAY?

Below are the list of options for payment to us:

• Bank Deposit : You can send it to our Peso or US Dollar Account. Deposit slip is required to be sent on our email.
• Paypal: You can pay via Paypal as well. Please click here to get started.
  
• Check Collection: For Corporate Accounts, we can do check collections at your office as well.
  
• Fabrica MNL Office Payment: If you are doing pick ups on our office, you may also directly pay on our accounting to enjoy hassle free transaction.

What are the factors affecting the price of our order?

Most of our items are priced based on quantity, so if you are ordering items more than 100pcs, you may enjoy lower pricing without compromising the quality. In some items and instances, your design is a main factor as well. So if your polo shirts or jacket designs are a bit complex, this means we have more patterns or silkscreens to make. Hence, more resources and cost to finish your order.

Do you provide designs?

As much as we wanted to give you fresh and trendy designs, our current services do not offer design jobs yet. All designs and artworks must really come from your end. All designs which you will send to us are considered final. Once you sent us your designs, we will provide you digital proofing to which you can visualize on how your merchandise will look like. 

Depending on your request, our production requires high res .jpeg format published in 300dpi., .ai file (vector file) and high resolution PDF works with us too!

what if there's an error on our order?

This rarely happens to us. First, full investigation will take place to know why and how an issue has come up. If the mistake is by Fabrica MNL we will take full responsibility by either of the following: replace the items; issue discounts and in some instances, refund; This will only be applicable if the order conforme were not followed and errors are beyond acceptance.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE RECEIVED DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

At Fabrica MNL, we have high prioritization on quality above all. This means from time to time, we do inspections and quality assurance on our products. However, should there be any claims, Fabrica MNL will request the items to be shipped back for validation. Should the claim be valid, Fabrica MNL will either replace the defective item, issue a partial refund, or issue a compensation discount.

can we arrange a meeting with you?

Yes, you may schedule a meeting with our sales advocates by setting an appointment. If your office is located within Metro Manila, Philippines, one of our sales executive may schedule a visit to your office to discuss your requirement. However, due to number of meeting requests we are receiving, we only do meeting for orders 300pcs and above.

However, you are also most welcome to visit our sales showroom located at LG-41 Cityland Pioneer Tower, Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Delivery Questions

How do you deliver?

Fabrica MNL is committed to deliver you the items at the right quality on a timely manner with a minimal fee. Our fees depend on the size, volume of the package and your desired delivery destination. Below is a quick guide of our delivery fee but please note that this changes from time to time due to other external factors.

Delivery Fees
Within Metro Manila: P690.00 estimate
Outside Metro Manila: We strongly advise to arrange this deliveries via our external partners like Lalamove, Transportify, AP Cargo etc. While these fees will not be collected by our end, you will need to pay this directly to selected couriers. 

How are the items packed?

Most of our items are packed individually, but special packaging is available upon request as well.

do you also deliver samples?

Yes, our in house delivery will deliver the samples straight to your office. However, due to increasing parking fee and number of deliveries in a day, please extend your patience with us to have the items picked up at your lobby area / downstairs as our delivery guys will never park to deliver the samples to you.

However, mass produced items will be delivered straight to your office address without a need to go downstairs.
You will also receive a delivery notification from us so you know when to expect the items to arrive.
